Hello :)

Meet Sonny and Lara. Aside from being deeply in love, they share a faith in Jesus Christ, and a passion to help people transform their lives through mind (coaching) body (movement and breathwork) and spirit (faith, love, forgiveness and the ability to re-wire).

Together, they lead different aspects of "The Fire and The Flow," a transformative lifestyle and community for survivors and anyone seeking quality mental health that is accessible to all.

This community offers a monthly membership, 1:1 coaching options, the "Your Mourning Coffee" show, as well as day and international retreats.

They are committed to being God's hands and feet, fostering growth, resilience, and lasting transformation in all who seek it.

Sonny Mayo

Sonny started his professional music career in 1995 with the band Snot (Geffen Records) and later played with Amen (Virgin, Roadrunner Records), (hed)P.E., and Sevendust (TVT, Warner/Asylum Records). Despite achieving significant success, Sonny struggled with alcoholism and drug addiction, leading to a downward spiral that culminated in late 2001. Desperate for change, he sought help and began his journey to sobriety through 12 Step fellowships, maintaining his sobriety since January 2002.

Sonny's journey took a transformative turn as he discovered his true purpose and passion in breathwork. Certified for three years, he now leads breathwork sessions, helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve holistic well-being. In addition to his breathwork practice, Sonny facilitates Rock to Recovery® sessions for organizations like Air Force Wounded Warriors (AFW2) and the Semper Fi Fund. Sonny Mayo’s life and career are testaments to the power of transformation, resilience, and the profound impact of breathwork.
